high density logo (and other images) missing #1

definitely a nitpick, but high density screens are more and more prevalent

Okay, I fixed this by adding the "EFF Action" logo as a font. It looks like the favicon is pretty low quality too though, I'll fix that now.

Okay, I've also made the favicon retina-friendly too, as well as the icon in the footer. All the other actions will have to wait for now, but ideally I think we should use SVGs for all of them.
