Name change: "Scorecard" to "Full List" #39

@vivian I supposed I should change the path from /scorecard to /full-list. What do you think?

I was thinking of moving that to /scores - I think it should be the index action for the scores controller.

But, if we're not going to call them scores at all ever then we might want to rename that model throughout.

@lenazun have you been in touch with legal team at all about this? Do you know if /scores would be an okay path for this page? If not, is there something else we could call the information we provide about reps on a particular issue?

I didn't get much feedback on the Neutrality channel. Maybe /positions is a better path.
