Please create a hardware parts list

It would be useful if this repo had a list of specific parts (with links?) that need to be purchased to get operational. For example:

• [ ] Presumably, either a BladeRFD x40 or a URSP B2000 is required.
• [ ] Is any other speciality hardware required?
• [ ] The README seems to intermix hardware and OS requirements. Does this system work equally well on a relatively slow Raspberry PI and a high-performance modern laptop, or does it work better on a high-performance laptop?
• [ ] Does the system work equally well on any Debian-based Linux, or is there a recommended flavor? If so, which is the minimum version that is required?

The guide provides useful background but it does not provide instructions for getting this software working.

I'll try to write some instructions if I can get the software working without spending a huge amount of money.
