https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere-docker-base/pull/5 has not yet been applied on https://hub.docker.com/r/electronicfrontierfoundation/https-everywhere-docker-base. @Hainish @zoracon could you set up automated builds for it?

I just manually triggered a build. Not sure why automatic builds didn't trigger when I merged the PR.
