Domain: http://streams.txcourts.gov/

By default, HTTPS Everywhere rewrites http://streams.txcourts.gov/ to https://streams.txcourts.gov/, but https://streams.txcourts.gov/ results in a 404 error, so "streams.txcourts.gov" needs to be added as a disabled site for it to function properly.
