Broken redirect in ArchiveTeam.org on non-standard port #20130

Type: ruleset/website issue

Current rules rewrite http://tracker.archiveteam.org:1337/ to https://tracker.archiveteam.org:1337/ which of course doesn't work because plaintext HTTP is expected on that port and if requested a redirect to https://tracker.archiveteam.org:1338/ is served instead which is what it should be rewritten to if at all.
