Add an option to only block cookies, not content, on a website #721

Privacy Badger is a privacy tool, but i functions as an ad blocker as well. I'd like to support some websites, even if they use tracking ads; however, the "Click to deactivate Privacy Badger on this site" button is a too strong option, because it leaves the user completely undefended.

What I'd like to have is a "Click to only block cookies on this site" button which allows me not to block ads, but still have protection from tracking cookies (I know other form of tracking can be exploited, but this is at least a basic protection). I know I can use sliders to allow cookies for a domain, but that option is domain specific and applies also when I get hit by the same tracker on a different website.
