8 years ago thanx for the quick response acknowledging the issue. just an update. adding 'blocked trackers' when on the web site is working.
tried the 'options' today. when going to the 'options' the "nonresponsive script" box pops up immediately, before it occurred when changing a tracker's setting. stating it another way, 'options' isn't even opening up before Firefox freezes up. only way to clear it is control-alt-del and force shut down of firefox.

Just tried downloading/installing 1.8.1 again. Better in that can get to 'Options', however after I slide a tracker from green to red the page freezes then firefox cycles to the continue/debug/stop script popup message and doesn't matter what I click continues cycling to nonresponsive firefox. only way to stop is c-a-d/task manager/force stop.

8 years ago So as I said, we are working on porting the chrome version of privacy badger to firefox. I am hoping to have it done by next month. After that I think that this issue will no longer be a problem .

7 years ago just updated to the latest release. the nonresponsive error has been fixed. unfortunately there is another bug. noticed that now when i slide to yellow or red, and then revisit the setting, the setting has reverted to green. what triggered me to go check this is web sites with 20-30 trackers is now showing "0" trackers which i now isn't the situation on sites like yahoo finance.

7 years ago updated to firefox 50.1.0 this morning also which may have an impact as noticed that hotmail settings all reverted to default with ads appearing once again... ; (
On a Windows 7 Pro with v1.8.1 when using Options/Filter Settings to slide trackers green to yellow or red Firefox freezes with the "nonresponsive script" box popping up. "resource://gre/modules/commonj…/jquery-ui/js/jquery-1.10.2.js:4135" was the initial script, but another two come up as issues. Can only copy/paste one so this is the first encountered.
There may be an associated issue. When viewing trackers and find green ones, will slide to yellow/red, when the page reloads still green, but if close tab and revisit the tabs have been moved.
