Although wavehunter-reader doesn't exist anymore after #17, I'd like to do timestamp-based storage of QMDL files like https://github.com/EFForg/wavehunter/pull/15. Here's what I was thinking:
user specifies a directory for daemon to store its qmdl files
every time the daemon starts, it creates a new timestamp-bearing qmdl file in that directory
maybe we maintain a JSON file w/ some metadata about each qmdl file, such as the number of messages in them?
the HTTP server can enumerate all of these files and present a list of links to download pcap/qmdl files for each
