How far back can we go? >12months would be good if possible

The first part we need to look at are your top 5 selling products. Sales within the last year are fine, but even better would be if we could get a couple years of data to compare this year and last year to see if those products are top sellers consistently. For those products, I’d also like to know what your cost is- both monetarily and time-wise, as well as the sale price for each item. If, among the top five products, you know of/notice any connections (i.e. someone buys product A but can’t use it without product B, so they buy that too), please make sure you note that as well.

First bit of work on this

A problem we ran into already is that we have data for our eBay sales, but individual items were not listed until the new site launched. We only have data from July 7th forward.

Discussed with Mike, we decided to see what the data looks like from July 7, 2016 forward. If we see any outliers, we will attempt one of two things:

  1. Include eBay from as far back as ShipStation allows
  2. Mike will write a query to pull line items out of old system

Mike is going to work on our cost on the spreadsheet today to see what our cost is versus profit.

Mike emailed all the info. We will wait to hear back from Amanda on this. She says later this week.
