Importer puis stocker les stations (et autres infos ultérieures potentielles (voir appel d'offre)) avec la datastructure correcte

@kangmartin on aura pas besoin d'utiliser l'API temps réel étant donné qu'on a pas besoin de prendre en compte les retards ni rien, on part du principe que tout est parfait.

On a juste besoin d'un dataset
