phenopackets as entry file #23

Hello,

Out of curiosity, are there any plans to implement a phenopackets --> BFF tool? Given a phenopacket in json for example, would you advise to first convert it to csv and then run the ri-tools?

Hi @albodrug ! Thank you for opening this issue. Our plan is to develop a PXF to BFF converter, I don't know if included in RI TOOLS or not, but I think it won't make sense to convert a PXF (JSON) to CSV and then back to JSON (BFF) again, although it would be a possibility, of course. I will tell you here when we start implementing this and how will it be applied (hopefully soon). Thank you, Oriol
