Hi there, I was trying to download the data from Archive, but some of the samples never happens.... and I have this error below.

For example, this sample : EGAF00000082401

which has been downloaded 24 hours ago, but the folder is still empty....

@xm00262 I faced some similar issues and get to know many files were unaccessible to me although I had acquired access to data. See screenshot attached. I do not know but might be the case? Screenshot 2024-07-13 at 10 42 47 AM
