Merge from DEEP #237

Summary

A follow-up attempt to deal with #214, it merges changes into less commits and tries to avoid duplication.

CMDB templates update
CMDB provider updates
New fields for static
New JSON publisher
New provider: AWS, Mesos and onedata
Improve support for formatters
Add infiniband & GPU support for OpenStack
Add infiniband to the template
Update to reflect latest changes

I'm cleaning a bit the history to have fewer commits so they are kept consistent

This comes after a long time waiting for the previous #214 to be dealt with. I have tried to simplify as much as possible the changes and group them into separate commits. Tests work and a preliminary test in the catch-all seem to be also working
