We have several places talking about tokens and check-in (cloud, cloud container, storage, datahub). We should avoid having this replicated everywhere and just link

Hi! I think I might be your guy... Are you thinking about a kind of initial tutorial which deals with authn/z with checking once and for all, or a stub which can be included into pages where it's needed?
