Update EC3 link? #436

Short Description of the issue

The page https://docs.egi.eu/users/compute/orchestration/ec3/ links to https://servproject.i3m.upv.es/ec3/

However EGI Fedcloud is temporarily disabled: image

From past EGI Webinars I understood that the correct link for EGI Fedcloud should be https://servproject.i3m.upv.es/ec3-ltos/ instead.

Summary of proposed changes

Should we update the links in https://docs.egi.eu/users/compute/orchestration/ec3/ to EC3:
