I would like to add Rclone to the list (also available in conda-forge!)

Previously I ignored it, but as it may come again, I've added an exclusion as per https://textlint.github.io/docs/ignore.html and https://github.com/textlint/textlint-filter-rule-comments#usage.

It was possible to test locally using:

docker run -e RUN_LOCAL=true -e USE_FIND_ALGORITHM=true -e VALIDATE_NATURAL_LANGUAGE=true -v $(pwd)/content/en/internal/configuration-database/service-types/:/tmp/lint/file github/super-linter
