Site info system deployment is not documented #658

Short Description of the issue

We have several pages on publishing information, but there is no documentation for actually deploying the information service (bdii by default for now).

We should provide at least the golden path for sites.

Summary of proposed changes

  1. Create a sub-page or howto for how to deploy the bdii.
