Upgrade on appliance #35

Get the appliance up to date with new cASO (v3.0.0) and update other images to rely on the ones that will be built in fedcloud-catchall-operations which are meant to be better maintained than the ones in enolfc/fedcloudappliance

Also makes it easier to upgrade (if no other changes are introduced) as the images (and tags) are no longer hardcoded in the scripts and a common configuration file /etc/egi/defaults allows to specify details.

Once this is merged and released, there needs to be an update of the docs.egi.eu sections to reflect the changes in configuration.
