Deployment via Horizon works but not via IM. Following up via:

Shall we wait to approve and merge until we clarify the issue with IM?

Cannot comment on GGUS right now, but the issue I believe is due to using an ansible version not compatible with python3.12, I had a similar issue when trying to build the image
