Display group titles in the Pending section within the Groups page as text instead of fields

Change the displaying of group titles in the Pending Groups section so that they are hyperlinks by default, but the coach can click a pencil in order to quickly change the group’s name. This way, they can also click the group’s title to access the ability to edit the name, add members, etc.
