Missing license blurbs #4

I'm interested in adapting ewbIK for .NET, but some files (e.g. AbstractKusudama.java) are missing the license blurb. How should I handle attribution in those cases?

Oh, sorry about that.

Any files with no blurbs should have the same blurbs as the files that have blurbs.

I'll push a new version with updated blurbs later today.

Let me know if you need help grokking anything as you port. I realize the documentation still leaves something to be desired.
