[x] Add tab for ingredient mapping (including load from file as with drug mapping).
[ ] Extend tabs showing mapping with functionality to overrule mappings and save these in the manual mappings file(s).
[ ] Include functionality to map forms and units interactively.
[x] Option to read vocabulary from csv files instead of database and cache the required concepts and relations in intermediate files to be used instead of a vocabulary in a database.

Since these are still open I assume these have not implemented yet. Added Enhancement label
