Empty end data for stem table to drug exposure #322

ERROR - (psycopg2.errors.NotNullViolation) null value in column "drug_exposure_end_date" violates not-null constraint For gp_clinical mappings, we do not supply an end date to stem table record. We should add rule for this in stem to drug_exposure mapping.
