Add mapping for newly prioritised baseline fields

@Anne0507 numeric_fields.csv contains both mapped and unmapped fields. This reminded me to update the mapping metrics. There you can see that the numeric fields mapping now contains over 3000 codes of which just 300 have been approved. We can improve a lot still indeed!
