@Anne0507 For me it passes. It should pick up this READ code and follow the mapping to standard. Could you check why it fails for you?

@MaximMoinat For me it maps to drug concept ID 529303 with drug source concept ID 45482248

@Anne0507 this reveals a bug with one-to-many mappings, unrelated to this PR. Reported in #350. Thanks!
