Missing concept #47

The concept_id for type concept EHR is not in the vocab.concepts table in UKB database. https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/32817

I see, this is a recently added concept (Aug-20). Current version on the server is v5.0 07-JUN-19. Will include this one concept now, but we should update the whole vocabulary to a later version to include all new type concepts.
