Update from UKB wg 6-11:

NHS TRUD provides a good resource for CTV3 mapping to SNOMED (https://isd.digital.nhs.uk/trud3/user/guest/group/0/pack/9/subpack/9/releases). We have to dive into this.
Limited number of read codes with two values. These are probably all blood pressure related.
