[x] Links and description shall always be on right side
[x] Title of guide link to home page
[x] Links on right side downgraded to simple list
[x] Add hr between blocs on right side.
[x] Add a message "If you have anything to improve or comment on this record, you can annotate it in the standard EHRI portal interface."

[ ] <Select> doesn't display the selected choice on admin page when editing a guide (HomePage)
[ ] Disallow "/" Character in Guide's Page path eg someone make a path like "historyofterezin/pictures"
[ ] Link to institution Web-Site missing
[ ] Add browsing function with virtual unit browsing

@mikesname I let yoy those issues there, I don't understand the website stuff missing, for the Select I must be missing something and for the special character, well, I have no idea if there is something in Play for that.
