We need to ensure that:

the schema.xml and solrconfig.xml are updated
a new indexer jar is dropped into the docview/bin directory
all the correct libs are in place, i.e. the ICU stuff from contrib/analysis-extra/lib and contrib/analysis-extra/lucene-lib are placed into the solr4/ehri/portal/lib directory
the Solr core is reloaded

Also need a comprehensive list of contrib Jars that are needed for the language stuff to work...
