Updated randomforest code for issue #4 .
-Allows user to select randomforest classifier or regressor.
-Incorporate train/split code from the train/split issue
Supersedes pull request #37; to be based on feature branch, rather than own version of 'upstream-master'.
I will be reviewing comments from the old pull request (from upstream-master), but committing changes to this pull request.
