Update BUSCO to v5 #42

Version 5's conda installation supposedly reduces or even eliminates all the awkwardness with which busco is currently being run. Could be worth checking out...

Wait, is BUSCO 5 incompatible with Minos? I was installing it in the VM for the workshop :-(

So, my last development was with v4. As far as I understand, v5 is still compatible to the old way of running busco. See here https://gitlab.com/ezlab/busco/-/issues/396#note_501330067.

for the workshop I would stick with version 4
