No linking option in portcullis full #11

The "-l" option in the prep section is really useful in order to save disk space, but at the moment it is not present for the "full" pipeline. Maybe it would be worth it to add it?

Thanks Luca. I agree this would be a nice option to have. I'll look into making the change as soon as possible.

Added option to control this into the main pipeline.
