Create subfolders for -o options #15

At the moment, Portcullis refuses to create subfolders, so e.g. "portcullis prep -o portcullis/prep [..]" is invalid unless the portcullis master folder already exists. Having subfolders might help in tiding up the working folder.

This already seems to work in my latest version. Which version of portcullis are you running?

At the moment I am using 0.10.1, but I have not tested this feature in a while. I will give it a go!
