Satisfy highspy dependency using conda-forge? #7

It looks like highspy 1.7.2 is available from conda-forge for windows, mac, and linux (though not Apple silicon). Is there a reason not to include it directly in the bsky conda environment and avoid the hybrid conda/pip environment?

Trying to get the newest version of highspy packaged on conda-forge including osx-arm64 in this issue
