Obsolete flask #35

Force to use old versions of some Python modules compatible with Daniels code, it fails to run with the new versions and it will take some time for a real fix of the code. So this is a temporary workaround to be able to build the containers.

Maybe I did something wrong, this should not be merged into the master branch, it should stay separate as a temporary workaround until the code is fixed to work with current versions of the Python modules.
