In Georgian version of EIDSS width of columns in a grid of HADR matrix is different. On the left side columns width is very short and part of data is not visible. But on right side column width is very long. There is no same problem in the English version.

Also, hieroglyphs and letters are written in the boxes, only numbers should be written

Also we think that diagnosis list and ICD-10 codes should be in cells which should be part of all tables of HADR
