Summary

On the verification steps on the script REP46 the data showing on the report and the veterinary active surveillance session cannot be verified.
Details Environment: (GAT or External): External Script ID (or enter ad hoc if ad hoc): REP46 Report Module Username: Severity (optional):

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (if in scripted testing, can refer to script step):

  1. Go to… Veterinary and select Vet Active Surveillance Session
  2. Click on… Search criteria
  3. Then select disease (Botulism)
  4. Date range 1/1/2022 - 8/3/2022
  5. When this was accomplished there was no record found as the report indicates In addition after looking into other diseases I found the following bugs:
  6. Anthrax -2 disease on report but search criteria provides 5 sessions
  7. Bovine is the same as Botulism
  8. Brucellosis - Abortus - Missing Samples on the report for the Buffalo sample entry of 2 (VASTBTBZ2200W4)
  9. Brucellosis - Meltiness - should show 2 samples on the report. (See screen shot of report provided)
  10. Brucellosis - Canis - The report does not show the planned session of samples that are being requested but the right amount of samples completed are on the report.

Expected behavior For the report to pull the correct information from sessions Capture 5_ Missing Buffalo Samples

Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem. Capture_3AUG_2_Botulism Issue Capture 3_REP46 Report Module

Additional context On the report, I would recommend keeping consistent by using diagnosis or disease?

Clarification for the record "Botulism" and "Buffalo" in the "Veterinary Active Surveillance Report". Steps 1-5. There are no veterinary AS session records for this disease and species, however, there is a Veterinary Active Surveillance Campaign record for Botulism disease and Buffalo species:

image

This confirms presence of Botulism/Buffalo record in the report. The Campaign is 'new" and has no veterinary active surveillance sessions created yet. This is why a search for Veterinary AS sessions with Botulism provides a correct response - "no records found".

Clarifications for the step #7:

image Which disease was considered? "Bovine Anaplasmosis"? If yes, image

There is a veterinary active surveillance campaign for bovine anaplasmosis: image

Sincere there are no Sessions to collect blood samples for Bovine anaplasmosis - the count of samples is 0 (zero). image

Step #8. Defect is confirmed. Two buffalo samples are missing for Brucellosis Abortus in the Report

aatmns commented 2 years ago

Step 9 - Brucellosis - Meltiness - should show 2 samples on the report. (See screen shot of report provided)

Clarifications: The Session ID VASTBTBZ2200WP has two samples collected in the Detailed Information: image

image image

The Report displays a correct count of two samples collected: image

There are two veterinary AS campaigns for brucellosis melitensis, however, there is only one Campaign for Brucellosis -Melitensis and Sheep: image There is a correct count of planned samples - 947.

Clarification for image

There are no veterinary AS Campaigns for Brucellosis Canis: image

Hence the number of planned samples to collect is 0 (zero). image

Script revision suggestion: Include campaigns and sessions when instructing on how to verify. Currently unclear/only refers to sessions.
