When viewing a case of influenza-like illness (Gotsiridze Madonna), the fields: "initial classification of the case" and "final classification" are not visible/not in the form at all (see image). There is also no list of symptoms. #763

This issue will be addressed as part of the approved Change Control Board (CCB) №3 meeting on October 10, 2023 dedicated to the implementation of the Basic Synrodmis Surveillance form, and will be included in the feature EIDSSv7 releases.
