Description of the steps to reproduce

Go to new or edit existing Outbreak 2. Import HDR with Contact person record, where contact person has only Last name value (First name is blank) 3. Get back to Outbreak - Contact tab - see the value in the column 'NAME' Actual Result: field in the column 'NAME' is empty

This issue was identified during Pre-UAT functional testing in December 2022 and added into GitHub for history records.
