OUTTBTBZ220019, PER22001265286, HOCTBTBZ220003 1. Go to existing Outbreak with imported HDR 2. Click on edit HDR 3. In Outbreak Summary section see the value in Last Updated field Actual Result: 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM

This issue was identified during Pre-UAT functional testing in December 2022 and added into GitHub for history records.
