Description of the steps to reproduce

For some of the diseases like Anthrax, 1 case is already an outbreak, due to low Transparentness, the focus of the disease (disease area) is not visible in the map in Analysis tab

This issue was identified during Pre-UAT functional testing in December 2022 and added into GitHub for history records.
