Description of the steps to reproduce

Open existing VSS 2. Navigate to Review Tab 3. On Detailed Collection Tab, click on edit icon Actual Result: user is redirected to Aggregate Collection Tab, instead of Detailed Collection

This issue was identified during Pre-UAT functional testing in December 2022 and added into GitHub for history records.
