  1. Reports > Paper forms > Investigation forms for Avian or Investigation forms for Livestock Actual Result: Investigation forms for Avian and Livestock looks different in v7 vs v6.1 Expected Result: Investigation forms for Avian and Livestock should be the same in v7 as it is in v6.1

This issue was identified during Pre-UAT functional testing in December 2022 and added into GitHub for history records.
