Description of the steps to reproduce

Create Farm | Validation is not occuring on new records or when editing a migrated farm that the farm must have a farm owner, a farm name, OR an address that specifies settlement+street

This issue was identified during UAT Training conducted in June 2023 and added to GitHub for proper records tracking. The validation messages appear when creating a Farm without a farm owner or farm name. The issue is closed.
