First label should read antibiotic/antiviral/antitoxin--currently only antibitoci/antiviral Missing antitoxin. Change to just "name" below instead of specifying that it is for antibiotic

This issue was identified during UAT Training conducted in June 2023 and added to GitHub for proper records tracking. As per HUC03 it should be Antibiotic/Antiviral Therapy. The issue is closed.
