First update after publication of CHIPS. We should also provide a list of changes.

I started to draft a release with a more or less complete changelog made from commit messages. We added some backwards-compatible functionality, such as DarkPlasma for LineScans and FrameScans, LineScan handling for FindROI classes, CellSort data output. So I think it's justifiable to increment the minor version 1.1.0.
