[spike] making logseq-copilot testable #34

Currently, Logseq copilot does not have any tests, but some future changes will impact a lot of places, before adding subblock related feature, adding tests is making this easy to refactor and people can quickly join the project.

But I do not have a lot of experience in how to make a web extension testable.
