As discussed in #36, copilot currently does not work with all search engines.

In particular, it would be nice if it worked with startpage.com

Available in 1.13.0, but not support dark mode yet.

I not familiar with situations that require automatic adjust dark mode. Looking for someone who can PR or share idea for this.
