Editor Shortcuts doesn't work

There are a lot of really helpful shortcuts in the editor that no longer work. Like almost all note arranges or some of the multi presets & templates

my most used shortcuts are "arrange left & right" what no longer works. Re-bind the keys does work but I can't use the shortcut at all. What is strange because its only on certain shortcuts.

And I can't Re-bind the Circle Arranger at all. If you've un-bind the key like me than you can't Re-bind it again.

gained new knowledge When i press ctrl z then it undoes the action means the broken shortcuts recognizes the action but it does not execute it means the undo undoes the action that has not been executed
